Here at Sterling Automotive, we pride ourselves on the highest levels of customer service no matter who you are or what you drive. Not only do we always go the extra mile to provide our customers with honest, courteous reliable service but we are also very concious that running any car costs money. So our approach to looking after your car is geared towards helping you ensure that the most appropriate service is completed at the right interval but that we are able to help you prevent un-necessary expense by dealing with a problem before it turns into a major failure wherever possible.
Customer service initiatives like our unique '5 Year Head Gasket Guarantee' for MG and Rover cars and 'Service Tourism' which enables motorists to enjoy a day trip, mini break or holiday whilst their car is with us for a service or repair are just two reasons why some customers travel hundreds of miles to use us. We regularly see people from the Midlands or further into the North of England and are even able to welcome some MG owners from mainland Europe each summer when they come over to take part in the numerous club activities in England whilst combining a service with their holiday. We are now able to offer customers two sites to use our services, one in the Victorian Seaside resort of Eastbourne, East Sussex which boasts a charming seafront, thriving cultural scene with theatres, art gallery and a selection of restaurants, downland scenery and the largest man made Harbour Marina in Northern Europe, the other is at Woodingdean on the eastern side of the city of Brighton & Hove which also enjoys many different tourist attractions, regional shopping destinations Churchill Square Shopping Centre & The Lanes but also enjoys a fast mainline rail connection with London for those preferring a visit to our capital city. |
