Sterling take to the air waves with BBC Radio Sussex23rd August 2010
![]() The shocking findings of a 'Which' consumer report into the standards of garages in Britain released today were covered in a news article on our local BBC Radio Sussex station this afternoon and a number of Sterling Automotive customers contacted the show to recommend the service they get with us.
Sterling Automotive Managing Director, Patrick Warner also took part in an interview on air during the afternoon to talk about how important customers are at Sterling and the level of service we offer. Speaking during the interview, Patrick said "the Which report makes shocking news but it is fantastic that on the day such negative news is released, our customers chose to contact the show to say how much they appreciate the service we offer and it only serves to encourage our team to go on and find new ways of exceeding our customers' expectations",
