Sterling Service & RAC provide 24 hour motoring assistance

Sterling Automotive have for a long time provided our customers with an emergency out of hours mobile telephone advice line but due to our closer working relationship with The RAC as Approved Repair Centres, we are now proud to be able to offer a 24 hour assistance program. With the freezing temperatures of recent days and forecasts for snow on its way to Sussex and the South East, this new level of Sterling Service will surely be in even more demand.

 

The landline phones in our Brighton (01273 300666) and Eastbourne (01323 438754) Service Centres now automatically divert to a mobile phone out of our normal business hours which is always in the care of one of our members of experienced staff. They will either be able to speak immediately or recieve a voicemail and respond promptly. On recieving your call for help, we can either advise what best to do in any given situation, ensure your car is safely deposited at either of our Service Centres for when we are next open or if you don't have a breakdown membership policy, with the assistance of our trusted local RAC patrols, we can put you through to them for great deals on RAC membership and either attempt a fix at the side of the road or enable recovery to our service centres.
