MG UK and the new MGTF LE500 will be in the spotlight at the MPH show, which includes Top Gear Live, at Earls Court London from 30th October to 2nd November and at the NEC Birmingham from the 13th to the 16th November.

As well as having a chance to get up close and personal with the newest MGs on a gallery viewing area and exclusive hospitality stand, performance hounds and petrol-heads will get to see the cars performing in the live theatre show with a choreographed display of precision driving by Paul Swift and Neil Cunningham.

Well known MG Rover specialist, Sterling Automotive have a dedicated core of about 35 Rover 800 Sterling owners throughout Sussex and Kent who they provide servicing and repairs to. Most of them are the popular 4 door saloon or 5 door fastback variants but a small but increasing number of the much rarer 2 door Coupe models have come to light recently.
 
Until now, these have tended to be immacualtely kept local cars which are cherished by their owners but recently two more surfaced which needed special attention to face the future.


Sovereign Radio held their first 'Local Hero' awards ceremony at The Grand Hotel on Eastbourne Seafront on Friday 19th September. Following nomination by several of our customers, Team Sterling beat off stiff competition to win the 'Customer Service Person of the Year' award, sponsored by Langney Shopping Centre. Other catagories were Apprentice of the Year, Carer of the Year, Emergency Service Person of the Year, Courageous Child of the Year, Neighbour of the Year, Inspirational Teacher of the Year, Act of Bravery, Charity Fundraiser of the Year, Sports Achiever of the Year and finally Award of Immense Gratitude which very deservedly when to Save the DGH campaigners Liz & Monica.
